A session is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking fee 50%

Full payment is due on the day of the shoot completion

Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once within 7 days.

We take up shoots only through a professional and committed approach to ensure the best results.

Final edited headshots will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the shoot

Delayed payments beyond the agreed timeline may attract delivery delays

Full usage rights are granted upon full payment. Images are licensed for personal, corporate, and promotional use, not for resale

Last-minute shoot requests are not part of our standard practice, as we believe in proper planning and preparation for the best results.

Wardrobe : Outfits must be client-owned, well-pressed, and properly fitted.

Makeup : A professional makeup artist can be arranged by us or we can recommend a trusted expert (subject to the choice of package).
